Decided to start building a compost for yard waste this weekend. Picked up some small wood panels and pointy posts from Rona on Saturday.
Rained this morning, so I put my rain-coat on and grabbed a hammer and some nails.
So far - not including cost of tools, material cost of wood and nails is about $56.00.
I picked up 24 5-foot unfinished planks, and 8 round posts, 7 or 8 feet tall. I got them the smallest diameter available on the yard - figured they'd be easier to hammer in to the ground.

Pounded the first post in, and built a rickety corner around it.
Then banged on the side planks to make the rear and left wall.
Pound a few more posts in, and start fillin' in the gaps.Ran outta wood at this point. Looks like I need about 30 planks. Using more posts than estimated as well. Need two more of those. Will drop by Rona tomorrow. Should have it all finished up by Tuesday night.
Then time for some stain.
